Just as I suspected, book 3 of The Legend Trilogy really does go out with a bang! Over the course of the first two books, there were so many threads just dangling out there, teasing us, waiting to be all tied together and this book does that wonderfully. The stakes are so high as Gabe prepares for the biggest fight of his life and I loved how the intensity and suspense build the closer we got to the big day. You never knew where danger might be lurking and there are certainly a few surprises and twists as everything comes together. The thing I think I loved the most about the book, though, was the maturity and intensity of the relationship between Scarlett and Legend. Both of them had come so far since the series started and seeing how strong and united they were in their love for one another was refreshing. They had amazing communication and total trust in each other. There was so much other stuff going on that I’m glad that petty relationship drama wasn’t also thrown into the mix! I thoroughly enjoyed this trilogy and I am so happy with how it all came together in the end. I also hope that we get to spend more time in this world because there were a lot of other great characters that I would love to know more about (plus getting an update on Gabe and Scarlett’s future would definitely be welcome)!
